Army Public School has issued a notification for the recruitment of 8000 Teacher vacancies in PGT/ TGT/ PRT categories all over India. Eligible candidates can apply online from 17-08-2016 to 13-09-2016

No. of Posts : 8000
Age Limit : For fresh candidates below 40 years & for experienced candidates below 57 years as on 01-04-2016.
Educational/Professional Qualifications - 
  1. PGT - Candidates should have passed Post Graduate Degree in relevant subject with 50% marks and must have qualified B.Ed. Degree with 50% marks from recognized university or institute.
  2. TGT - Candidates should have passed Graduate Degree in relevant subject with 50% marks and must have qualified B.Ed. Degree with 50% marks from recognized university or institute.
  3. PRT - Candidates should have passed Graduate Degree in relevant subject with 50% marks and must have qualified B.Ed. Degree with 50% marks from recognized university or institute.
Note :  CTET/ TET conducted by state governments are mandatory for TGTs/ PRTs to be appointed Regular/ Contractual. Others found fit in all other respects may be appointed on ‘Adhoc’ basis till attainment of qualification. However CTET/ TET is not mandatory for appearing in CSB Screening exam.

Selection Process : Candidates will be selected based on Screening Test, Written Test & Evaluation of Teaching skills and computer proficiency.

Application Fee : Candidates should pay Rs.600/- (non-refundable) through Debit/ Credit Cards/ Net banking/ Bank Challan.

How to Apply : Candidates are expected to register ON-LINE for the screening exam by logging onto the Registration Portal http://aps-csb.in . The registration portal will be open from -17 August 2016 to 13 September 2016.
