Name of the Post : Assistant Director in the Directorate of Town and Country Planning under Urban Development Deptt. Assam.

Total No. of Post : 9 (Nine) [OC-5, OBC/MOBC-2, ST(P)-1, ST(H)-1]

Scale of Pay : Rs. 12,000/- to Rs. 40,000/- PB-4 with Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/- PM

Age Limit : Minimum 21 years and maximum 43 years as on 03-03-2016

Essential Qualification : Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Town/ City/ Urban/ Regional Planning from a recognized University/ Institute or equivalent.

Selection Process : Candidates will be selected based on Written Test and Interview.
