Name of the Post : Inspector of Schools/ District Elementary Education Officer/ Deputy Director under Assam Education Service

Total No. of Post : 8 (eight) [UR-6, OBC/MOBC-1, ST(H)-1]

Scale of Pay : Rs. 12,000/- to Rs. 40,000/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 6,300/- PM

Age Limit : Maximum upper age should not be more than 43 years as on 03-03-2016

Educational Qualification : Second class Master Degree having uniformly brilliant Carrier and possessing teaching experience in School or College for 10(ten) years or administrative experience for 10(Ten) years of which 5(five) years must be in teaching.

Selection Process : Candidates will be selected based on Written Test and Interview.
