Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the notification of Engineering Services Examination 2017 to fill up various posts in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering departments. Eligible candidates may apply Online on or before 26th October 2016

  • Category IV‐Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering
Educational Qualification : Degree in Engineering from a University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India.

Age Limits : A candidate for this examination must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years on the 1st January, 2017.

Application Fee : Candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs.200/‐ (Rupees    Two    hundred    only) either by depositing the money in any Branch of SBI by cash or by using net banking. No application fee for Female/SC/ST/ PH candidates.   

Plan of Examination : The examination shall be conducted according to the following plan -
  1. Stage-I: Engineering Services (Preliminary/Stage-I) Examination (Objective Type Papers) for the selection of candidates for the Stage-II: Engineering Services (Mains/Stage-II) Examination;
  2. Stage-II: Engineering Services (Mains/Stage-II) Examination (Conventional Type Papers) and
  3. Stage-III : Personality Test  
How to Apply : Candidates are required to apply Online only by using the website www.upsconline.nic.in. No other mode of application shall be accepted.
