b) Stenographer Grade-III (Language)-25 [ST(P)-2, ST(H)-2, SC-1, OBC/MOBC-10, UR-10]

Pay Scale : (PB-2) Rs.14000-49000/- + Grade Pay Rs.7400/-

Age Limit : The candidates should not be less than 18 years and more than 43 years of age on the 1st day of January, 2017. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC and ST candidates.
Educational Qualifications:
a) The minimum educational qualification of the candidates shall be a graduate in Arts, Science or Commerce from a University recognized by the State Government or a degree equivalent thereto and recognized by the Government.
b) Candidates having National Trade Certificate in Stenography from ITI in Assam by the National Council for vocational Trade after 1st August 1975 and Diploma in Stenography from Govt. recognized Polytechnic of the State may apply to the post of Stenographer Grade-III.

Application Fee : 
     a) For General candidate : Rs.250/- (Rupees two hundred fifty) only.
     b) For SC/ST/OBC : Rs.150/- (Rupees one hundred fifty) only.
     c) Candidates having BPL Certificate : Nil
Application fees should be deposited only through Treasury Challan.

Selection Process : Candidate will be selected based on Written examination and Stenography Proficiency Test.
